Working together.
These terms describe the Panel Ops service. Your written order or service agreement confirms the locations, plan, price, start date, and any additional work agreed for your shop.
Your workspace
Panel Ops brings intake, documents, inspections, estimating, shop operations, transport records, and team coordination into a shared workspace. Your administrator manages named staff accounts and access. Keep sign-in details secure, use the service lawfully, and upload only records you are authorized to process.
Plans and billing
Software is $599 per month per location with unlimited named staff accounts and standard guided setup. Managed starts at $2,999 per month per location, includes Software and up to 30 hours of hands-on administrative support per month, and has a $750 standard setup charge. Phone usage is billed separately. Additional capacity, larger migrations, and custom work require an agreed scope and price. Any applicable taxes and usage rates are shown in your order or invoice.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid subscription. Before paid service starts, we confirm billing dates, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms with you. Contact support to request a plan change or cancellation. The effective date will be confirmed against your order; changes are not complete until acknowledged.
Managed support
Your setup includes a primary coordinator, a backup, weekday coverage in an agreed time zone, and instructions for approvals and escalations. Calls and administrative work count toward the included support hours. We agree additional hours before adding charges. Your shop remains responsible for vehicle custody, repair decisions, claim authorization, payments, and the physical work.
Review and approvals
Your team reviews recognized work-order details, suggested repair operations, estimates, rates, and outbound communications before relying on them. Repair procedures, insurer requirements, vehicle information, and manufacturer guidance can vary. Estimates and suggestions require professional review and are not a guarantee of insurer approval or a substitute for vehicle-specific repair procedures.
Connected services
Calling, messaging, payments, mapping, and other integrations depend on the services enabled for your shop, their availability, usage charges, and applicable terms. You are responsible for required customer permissions and communication consents. Planned integrations are available only when they have been released and enabled for your account.
Records and availability
Your shop retains ownership of its business records. You authorize Panel Ops and its service providers to process those records to deliver the service. Use the available exports and document downloads, and contact support for migration or account-closure assistance. We maintain and improve the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Report access or data issues promptly.
