Sales opportunities at Panel Ops

Be the first to show them what their shop’s been missing.

A difference you can show in one demo.

Panel Ops is the operating platform for body shops and PDR teams. It connects work orders, repair progress, customer conversations, vehicle transport, and the people doing the work—so owners can see what’s happening without chasing everyone for an update.

Upfront earnings on new business. Recurring commission on renewals. Your next month can build on the work you’ve already done.

What you’ll help shops do

One platform.
A whole shop’s worth
of reasons to say yes.

Help the owner run the shop, not chase the shop.

A rep brings in a signed work order. The office needs the customer’s details. A driver needs a pickup plan. A tech needs the next job. The customer wants an update. Too often, the owner has to connect all of those dots by hand.

Panel Ops brings that work into one shared repair record. Reps scan paperwork from their phones. The office reviews the details, follows the repair, and keeps customers informed. Drivers see pickups and returns. Owners see workload, hours, and what needs attention. Managed adds people who help handle the back-office work.

Get to know the product
01 / GET THE WORK IN

Scan the paperwork. Start the job.

Reps photograph paper work orders. OCR reads the details into intake, with the original alongside for review. Existing contacts and jobs can be imported, too.

02 / BUILD THE REPAIR PLAN

See the damage. Build the estimate.

Interactive vehicle inspections, PDR and collision estimating, editable pricing, and removal and installation suggestions—all tied to the same vehicle.

03 / RUN THE FLOOR

Know what’s moving. See what’s stuck.

See repair stages, workload, technician availability, and time on each job. Keep sales activity, staff rates, and pay reviews in the same workspace.

04 / GET CARS THERE AND BACK

Connect the repair to the ride.

Coordinate pickups, returns, drivers, and loaner exchanges. Keep the vehicle’s location and the handoff details with the job.

05 / KEEP EVERYONE IN THE LOOP

The conversation stays with the customer.

Calls, texts, updates, and follow-ups live alongside the work. The next person can pick up with the context already there.

06 / GROW THE OPERATION

One location today. More tomorrow.

Switch between locations, assign admins and team roles, and give each person the access they need. Add managed back-office support as the shop grows.

Think beyond the next close

Build a book.
Give it room to grow.

A new customer pays you upfront. A customer who stays keeps contributing to your recurring base. Consistent selling and lasting relationships are how those numbers add up.

01

Open the right doors.

Start with shop owners who are buried in paperwork, disconnected tools, and constant follow-ups. You’re bringing them a way to run the whole operation in one place.

02

Sell the right fit.

Software for teams that want to run it themselves. Managed for owners who also want a team handling the back-office work. Two ways to solve a daily problem.

03

Keep building the base.

Add new shops while your existing accounts renew. Recurring commissions continue beyond year one while customers stay paying and you remain eligible.

Make the goal concrete

115% of a $100,000 first-year goal in this model

The recurring base you’ve built$12,470 / month

Per paid month once all 52 shops are renewing. This is the book’s recurring base, separate from commissions on future new sales.

An illustration, not guaranteed income. Assumes 52 weeks, sales spread evenly across 12 months, every account paying full price and no cancellations or refunds. Each account earns the upfront rate on its first payment and the recurring rate on renewals. Figures are rounded, before taxes and expenses, and show commissions earned rather than payout dates. Extra-hour commissions are not included.

The right conversations

Know the business?
Let’s build on that.

You don’t need a pitch full of software jargon. You need to understand what gets in a shop owner’s way.

01

You can open the right doors.

You know shop owners, work in the repair industry, or have experience building relationships with local businesses.

02

You listen before you pitch.

You can uncover where the work slows down, then show how a connected workspace could help.

03

You follow through.

You keep a clear record of conversations, set realistic expectations, and help the right shops take the next step.

A few useful details

Before we talk.

Is this a salaried role?

This is a commission-based sales opportunity. You earn an upfront commission and recurring income on eligible paying accounts. We’ll confirm the working arrangement and your sales agreement before you start.

How does recurring commission work?

You earn the recurring rate per paid month on account renewals, continuing beyond year one while the customer stays paying and you remain eligible. The first payment earns the upfront commission. Your sales agreement covers account attribution, adjustments and eligibility if your working relationship changes.

What will I be selling?

An all-in-one operating platform for body shops, collision repair, and PDR—from scanning work orders and building estimates to running the floor, coordinating transport, and keeping customers updated.
